Form Running and Postural Analysis
Are you a runner? Want to learn how to run correctly? When running it is important to have proper form and posture. Correcting your form can make running easier and faster. Also correcting your form will translate in other aspects of your training, such as posture.
How do I assess your form? Using a treadmill, I'll take a mini movie and picture of your running form from different angles, which allows you to see what I see, so we can make those corrections. I can see how your using your arm if at all, knee to foot angle, if the head is aligned, and many other variables.
Example:

See how the right foot flares out. Very common in most runners. This means the runner is
has weak adductors(or inside part of the leg) and could be tight on the outside part of foot.
So we would have to work on exercises to strengthen the adductors.
